For fitness
instructors that want quikly learn how to use
SlowFIT in their Pilates, Yoga, Stretching, Pump
and Toning Classes. A comprehensive and
intensive course that will introduce SlowFIT to
instructors within fitness clubs. After
completing it, they'll be ready to implement the
SlowFIT into the Club Class schedule. The
instructors can choice to use SlowFIT in all the
course they want or introduce in the Class

SlowFIT offers
new levels of support and resistance to many of
the standard PILATES matwork exercises. It
offers more Exercises Options to lower or higher

changing the angle of exercise with the SlowFIT.
You'll learn how to use SlowFIT in more than 120
standard PILATES matwork exercises to add new
emotions, intensity and variety at your Pilates
Classes. |

intensity and variety at your YOGA & STRETCHING

to use SlowFIT for Functional Training and in a
new Small Group Personal Training Concept.

the client. It includes the Complete SlowFIT
Library, catalogued by muscle group. With
SlowFIT PersonalTraining, Personal Trainers can
offer unparalleled diversity: strength,
flexibility, functional performance training,
medical fitness, muscle specificity and sports
specific modules.
SlowFIT increase hourly revenues and make the
most of clients’ valuable time and money.

Boost your
workout by using different Toning Rubber
Resistance Tube or Band, Dumbbell, Barbell or
Body Barr while standing, sitting, kneeling or
laying on the SlowFIT. This powerful combination
adds an extra element to strengthening the abs,
back, arms and legs, and improves balance and
coordination.
The SlowFIT workouts provide a total body
workout with 30 or 55-minutes of resistance
training that is efficient, dynamic and provides
quick results to the participants. Fun program
that accommodates all age and fitness levels
within a single training session.
You'll learn how to use SlowFIT in more than 150
standard STRENGHT exercises to add new emotions,
intensity and variety at your STRENGHT Classes. |

FOR CLASS" PRODUCT.
The new and only way to train togheter in a
class setting clients with differents health
problems with only one Trainer.
SlowFIT HEALTH is
a comprehensive program designed to teach
instructors, physical therapists, athletic
trainers and personal trainers to utilize
specific exercises and progression techniques to
work successfully to meet the client's fitness
objectives without aggravating underlying
problems. It provides specific examples of
conditioning options for the shoulder, knee and
spine.
The attendee will learn to recognize when a
client needs special attention that may alter
the method and progression of their conditioning
program due to previous treatment, unresolved
pain or functional limitations.
This course offers the attendee tools for
determining when to refer a client to a rehab or
medical specialist, and how to interface with
the treating medical professional.
SlowFIT lets you safely provide the sought-after
training services clients may need after
rehabilitation.
During two-day, 12-hour POST-REHAB SlowFIT
training course, you'll learn how to use SlowFIT
for Back Pain, Ostoporosis, Posture, etc..

By attending the 6 SlowFIT Course it's possible to become one of the
following kind of instructor or trainer:
1) SlowFIT BASIC INSTRUCTOR
2) SlowFIT ADVANCED INSTRUCTOR
3) SlowFIT TRAINER ASSISTANT
4) SlowFIT NATIONAL TRAINER
5) SlowFIT INTERNATIONAL TRAINER
1) SlowFIT BASIC INSTRUCTOR
Is the instructor that teach SlowFIT in fitness clubs, wellness hotel,
phisioterpy studios etc. to the customers. To become "SlowFIT BASIC
INSTRUCTOR" you must attend the 6-hour BASIC Course as the introduction
of the SlowFIT method and than get the "SlowFIT BASIC Instructor"
Certfication by answering the Exams on the web.
2) SlowFIT ADVANCED INSTRUCTOR
Is the instructor that teach SlowFIT in fitness clubs, wellness hotel,
phisioterpy studios etc. to the customers. To become "SlowFIT
ADVANCED
INSTRUCTOR" you must attend all 5 speciality SlowFIT Courses (44-hours)
and than get the "SlowFIT Advanced Instructor" Certfication by
answering the Exams on the web.
3) SlowFIT TRAINER ASSISTANT
Is the instructor that assist a SlowFIT Trainer during the SlowFIT Courses,
workshops and events. To become "SlowFIT TRAINER ASSITANT" you must be a
"SlowFIT Certified Instructor".
4) SlowFIT NATIONAL TRAINER
Is the Trainer that provides SlowFIT education in one country. To become
"SlowFIT CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR" you must be a "SlowFIT Certified Instructor" and
have done at least 30 hours of assistance. Than attend the 18-hours
"SlowFIT National Trainer Course" and get your examination.
5) SlowFIT INTERNATIONAL TRAINER
Is the Trainer that provides SlowFIT education in more than one country. To
become "SlowFIT CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR" you must be a "SlowFIT Certified
Instructor" and have done at least 30 hours of assistance. Than attend the
18-hours "SlowFIT International Trainer Course" and get your examination.
