SlowFIT Programs
SlowFIT Programs harnesses the benefit of Functional
Training, Pilates and Yoga to let you implement 6 exercise programs on one
product, the SlowFIT. This exciting programs pull in new members, gains loyalty
from existing members and offers a unique experience in fitness training that
delivers pleasure and resaults.
With SlowFIT, you can have one piece of equipment, used regularly, providing a
range of choices that satisfy club members' desire for selection, specialization
and challenge.
SlowFIT is usefull for Classes, Small Group
Personal Training and One on One Personal Training.
It can be used in Fitness Clubs, Phisiotherapy Studios, Hotel and at Home.

1) SlowFIT 360®

SlowFIT 360®
is all about time efficiency and productivity for group classes. This 55 or
30-minute full-body workout produces incredible physical results, results you
can see and feel very quickly. The SlowFIT program component easily generates a
buzz of excitement about SlowFIT in your club. It is fun and social; it adapts
to any ability level and members never feel intimidated by the Prop or the
workout.
Club members love SlowFIT because it's efficient, dynamic and quick. In 30
minutes they get a comprehensive resistance training, flexibility and balance
workout. Your instructors love it because it's adaptable to their own style of
instruction.
SlowFIT launches in your facility with SlowFIT GROUP a full body workouts.
Efficient, dynamic and quick, in 30 o 55 minutes your instructors can offer a
comprehensive resistance workout with individualized attention to each
participant.
During one-day, 6-hour SlowFIT GROUP training course, you'll learn how to use
SlowFIT in more than 100 standard PILATES, YOGA, FUNCTIONAL TRAINING, BALANCE
and AGILITY exercises. Instructors will learn how to modify and vary the program
in accordance with the needs of the participants.
During the SlowFIT 360®
COURSE
- Instructors receive an upbeat, sequence of 55 and
30-minute, total body, strength and flexibility training workout designed to
maximize time and efficacy.
- Participants achieve quick results working at their own
personal level of achievement, always within ACSM guidelines.
- Your business model determines how you offer these sessions:
free as part of membership, or as a fee-based Team Training Session.
- Instructors add their own unique flair, imagination and
expertise to the sessions.

2) SlowFIT PILATES®

SlowFIT offers new levels of
support and resistance to many of the standard PILATES matwork exercises. It
offers more Exercises Options to lower or higher the Intenisty and Diffculty of an exercise by
changing the angle of exercise with the SlowFIT.
During one-day, 6-hour PILATES SlowFIT training course, you'll learn how to use
SlowFIT in more than 80 standard PILATES matwork exercises to add new emotions,
intensity and variety at your Pilates Classes.
3) SlowFIT YOGA & STRETCHING®

These unique SlowFIT Prop adds
intensity, safety and fun to all YOGA poses and STRETCHING & FLEXIBILITY
exercises for a wide variety of clients.
During one-day, 6-hour YOGA & STRETCHING SlowFIT training course, you'll learn
how to use SlowFIT in more than 80 standard YOGA Poses to add new emotions,
intensity and variety at your YOGA & STRETCHING Classes.
4) SlowFIT STRENGHT®

Boost your workout by using
different Toning Rubber Resistance Tube or Band, Dumbbell, Barbell or Body Barr
while standing, sitting, kneeling or laying on the SlowFIT. This powerful combination adds an
extra element to strengthening the abs, back, arms and legs, and improves
balance and
coordination.
The SlowFIT workouts provide a total body workout with 30 or 55-minutes of
resistance training that is efficient, dynamic and provides quick results to the
participants. Fun program that accommodates all age and fitness levels within a
single training session.
During one-day, 6-hour STRENGHT SlowFIT training course, you'll learn how to use
SlowFIT in more than 100 standard STRENGHT exercises to add new emotions,
intensity and variety at your STRENGHT Classes.
5) SlowFIT HEALTHposture (POST-REHAB)®

The new and only way to train togheter in a class setting
clients with differents health problems and with only one Trainer.
SlowFIT MEDICAL FITNESS is a
comprehensive program designed to teach physical therapy assistants, athletic
trainers and personal trainers to utilize specific exercises and progression
techniques to work successfully to meet the client's fitness objectives without
aggravating underlying problems. It provides specific examples of conditioning
options for the shoulder, knee and spine.
The attendee will learn to recognize when a client needs special attention that
may alter the method and progression of their conditioning program due to
previous treatment, unresolved pain or functional limitations.
This course offers the attendee tools for determining when to refer a client to
a rehab or medical specialist, and how to interface with the treating medical
professional.
SlowFIT lets you safely provide the sought-after training services clients may
need after rehabilitation.
During two-day, 12-hour POST-REHAB SlowFIT training course, you'll learn how to
use SlowFIT for Back Pain, Ostoporosis, Posture, etc..
